The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting patients in Pocatello, ID, who are living with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for travel to see PNH specialists. Each eligible patient can receive up to $800 per year to help cover crucial expenses such as airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and even co-pays for doctor visits or necessary medical tests not covered by insurance. Understanding the challenges faced by patients and their families, we also allow for one companion to accompany each grantee, ensuring that no one has to navigate their journey alone. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden of travel and empower PNH patients to seek the specialized care they need for better health and wellbeing.
