Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of food-insecure individuals with diabetes and prediabetes in Pocatello, ID. Our program enhances access to fresh fruits and vegetables by collaborating with local clinics and retailers, offering eligible participants vouchers that can be used at local vendors at no cost. In addition to providing nutritious produce, we emphasize the importance of nutrition education to help participants effectively manage their health.
