Located in Post Falls, ID, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to personalized weight management options that address their unique needs and choices. We offer a variety of programs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to easily track their progress independently, while additional options like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery are available for those who continue to face weight-related challenges after participating in MOVE!.
