About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Preston, ID, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, ensuring that participants have the flexibility to engage in a supportive environment that prioritizes their nutritional needs. Each meal support session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for recovery, where individuals can connect with others and receive the nourishment they need. It's important to note that while we offer valuable support, we do not provide crisis intervention services. For immediate assistance, please reach out to dedicated crisis support resources.
