Located in Priest River, ID, Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) is dedicated to enhancing the health of food-insecure individuals living with diabetes and prediabetes. Through strategic partnerships with local clinics and retailers, we provide essential food assistance by offering vouchers that allow families to access fresh fruits and vegetables at no cost. Our program not only improves access to nutritious produce but also includes crucial nutrition education to empower participants in managing their health. Eligible individuals, referred by their physicians, can enroll in our impactful six-month program and take important steps toward better health and well-being.
