MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Rexburg, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and connected to personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and support. For those who prefer self-guided management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges with obesity.
