The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Rigby, ID, is dedicated to fostering the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food justice. Our program empowers Fellows through an immersive, hands-on educational experience focused on creating a food system that is equitable and environmentally sound. Without charging tuition, we ensure that all aspiring advocates can participate in our fellowship. Throughout this comprehensive six-month experience, participants engage in organic food system education, collaborate on regional food initiatives, and champion community-based projects such as school gardens and farmers markets. After their immersive studies, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, where they utilize their training in partnership with local non-profits to make a real impact. With a focus on food assistance, ecological literacy, and community health, we invite passionate individuals to apply by March each year for a transformative journey from May to October.
