Our initiative connects food-insecure households to essential resources through partnerships with local clinics and retailers, providing them with no-cost vouchers to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables. Alongside these vouchers, we offer vital nutrition education to help participants make informed dietary choices. Referred by a physician, eligible families can enroll in this impactful 6-month program, promoting better health one fresh meal at a time.
