Located in Saint Anthony, ID, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship seeks to empower individuals passionate about creating a socially, environmentally, and economically just food system. This hands-on program offers aspiring advocates the opportunity to engage in organic food system education without the burden of tuition, ensuring accessibility for all. Over the course of six months, selected Fellows immerse themselves in experiential learning at the Allegheny Farm Campus, where they will cultivate diversified crops, implement innovative health education sessions, and support community initiatives such as farmers markets and school gardens. Following their training, Fellows enter a Community Action Year, applying their expertise alongside regional non-profits to drive meaningful change. Applications are due by March of each year, with the fellowship experience running from May to October.
