MOVE! Weight Management Program in Saint Maries, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and guide them towards suitable weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those seeking to take control of their health independently, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. For Veterans who require additional help, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not seen success with traditional methods.
