Rx for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (RxFFV) is dedicated to supporting food-insecure individuals diagnosed with diabetes and prediabetes in Sandpoint, ID, by enhancing their access to nutritious fresh fruits and vegetables. Through collaborative partnerships with local clinics and retailers, we offer essential vouchers that enable families to shop at no cost for fresh produce, empowering them to make healthier dietary choices. Additionally, our program includes comprehensive nutrition education to equip participants with the knowledge needed to manage their health effectively.
