MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Spirit Lake, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that suit their individual preferences. We offer a variety of support options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home messaging, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, for Veterans who continue to face challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
