About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Troy, ID offers free, accessible meal support designed for individuals over 16 who are at the outpatient level of care and navigating their journey of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals provide a compassionate and safe environment where participants can come together to share a meal while receiving the encouragement and nutritional guidance they need. With four daily meal support sessions scheduled at convenient lunch and dinner times, individuals can join as many meals as fit their schedules, helping to foster a sense of community and connection. Each session is thoughtfully facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, dedicating themselves to empowering others on their recovery path. While we focus on meal support, we emphasize that this program is not a substitute for urgent or crisis care; for those in immediate need of help, we recommend reaching out to crisis support services.
