The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Twin Falls, ID, is dedicated to empowering passionate individuals to promote a food system that embodies social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program offers a transformative six-month experience at our scenic farm campus, where selected Fellows receive comprehensive organic food system education and engage in hands-on training designed to cultivate their teaching and advocacy skills. Throughout their journey, participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with local partners to grow and distribute a variety of crops, develop community gardens, and create innovative health education initiatives. By integrating food and ecological literacy into educational programs, supporting farmers markets, and fostering access to healthy foods, our Fellows leave a lasting impact on their communities. The program culminates in a Community Action Year, during which Fellows apply their training in partnership with regional non-profit organizations to further enhance local food systems. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the fellowship experience running from May to October.
