MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Twin Falls, ID, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year, ensuring they are connected to appropriate weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of programs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight at their own pace. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further support after engaging with MOVE!. To participate, Veterans can reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
