At the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Victor, ID, we are dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of food system advocates. Our program offers a unique opportunity for selected Fellows to engage in comprehensive organic food system education, promoting a food landscape that is just, sustainable, and equitable. Through hands-on training at our Allegheny Farm Campus, participants gain practical experience in growing and distributing diverse crops, creating community gardens, and educating peers on food and ecological literacy. We believe in accessibility, which is why we do not charge tuition for the Fellowship, and we actively partner with regional non-profit organizations to ensure our fellows make a meaningful impact in their communities. With a structured program that includes both immersive training and a dedicated Community Action Year, we are committed to nurturing future leaders who will foster healthy food access and support local economies. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March each year for an experience that runs from May to October, as we work together to reshape our food systems for the better.
