Located in Wilder, Idaho, Employment and Training Services, part of the Community Council of Idaho, is dedicated to empowering farmworkers and their families through essential skill development and support programs. Our mission is to provide access to valuable resources that promote trade, education, and professional skills, enabling individuals to achieve their personal and career goals. We proudly offer a range of programs, including the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP), Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), YouthBuild (YB), High School Equivalency (HEP), and Workforce Investment Act - Section 167, along with resources like LIHEAP, tuition assistance, youth counseling, and emergency food boxes to support the well-being of our community.
