MOVE! Weight Management Program in Wilder, ID is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. We aim to screen all Veterans who receive care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to a range of tailored treatment options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! services for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app offers an additional avenue for Veterans who prefer self-directed weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
