The Aging Mastery Program (AMP) in Springfield, IL, is dedicated to empowering aging adults through a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance health, financial stability, and overall well-being. This engaging program offers ten informative sessions lasting ninety minutes each, covering essential topics such as longevity, exercise, sleep, nutritious eating, financial health, advanced planning, maintaining healthy relationships, medication management, community involvement, and fall prevention. Enrollment is available for $65, and participants who successfully attend at least 80% of the classes will receive a $60 refund upon graduation, alongside program materials provided on the first day.
