I am so glad you are here. I know that seeking help for any mental health issue can be scary and difficult. I am an open, warm, caring therapist who has 12 years of experience working with several mental health issues. These include depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, personality disorders, PTSD and other mood disorders. I also have extensive experience counseling those with sexual issues. Seeking help for sexual issues can be one of the most difficult things a person can do as there is such a great fear of being judged for something that is very personal and intimate. However, I am not judgemental and have helped thousands of clients over the years with varous sexual disorders/issues. These include: gender identity, sexual dysfunction, sexual addiction, porn addiction, fetishes, BDSM issues, LGBT issues, and various other paraphilias that include exhibitionism, and voyeurism. I work closely with my clients to address the underlying thoughts/feeling/behaviors related to the mental health/sexual health issues and work towards finding resolution. I believe that by seeking treatment you have taken the first step towards feeling better. We will move at your pace and tackle change and challenges in a way that feels comfortable to you.
