The Living With Type 2 Diabetes Program in Auburn, IN, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a free, comprehensive, and bilingual (English and Spanish) educational journey over 12 months. Participants receive six informative e-booklets designed to align with their needs as they navigate their diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with practical seasonal tips and local resources. Additionally, enrollees who provide their phone number can engage with our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they have the opportunity to connect directly with ADA experts, inquire about diabetes management, and explore the important relationship between diabetes and heart health. We are committed to empowering our community with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive with diabetes.
