MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Beech Grove, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management resources. We offer a variety of treatment options to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for personalized in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other MOVE! resources.
