Through our local Guiding Coalition, we offer a network of support and peer connections, along with essential training and coordination to help participants thrive. Each Captain, motivated individuals or families aiming to break free from poverty, collaborates with Allies—community members who provide valuable support and guidance. Together, they create personalized plans to enhance financial, professional, and social resources, meeting regularly for teamwork and shared meals, often with children's programming available. Guided by the principle of collaboration, we build understanding and mutual respect, aiming to eradicate poverty one family at a time. Our programs adhere to local health safety protocols, ensuring that all participants can engage in a safe environment, with options for virtual services as needed.
