MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Cedar Lake, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and guiding them towards the weight management solutions that best suit their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and convenient in-home support through TeleMOVE!. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey independently.
