Located in Charlestown, IN, Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center committed to ensuring that residents of Louisville and Jefferson County have access to high-quality primary and preventive health care, regardless of their ability to pay. At FHC, we offer a range of free and low-cost health classes designed to equip individuals and families with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their health and prevent disease. Our classes cover diverse topics, including Healthy Living programs such as Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, yoga, weight loss, diabetes management, and chronic disease management. Additionally, we support families through pregnancy and parenting classes, covering healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety.
