MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Demotte, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran for obesity annually and connect them with effective weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive avenues including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home assistance. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides the tools needed to manage weight independently. Additionally, we understand that some Veterans may need more intensive support, which is why we also offer weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
