MOVE! Weight Management Program in Fort Wayne, IN, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. For those who prefer to self-manage, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing more significant challenges.
