In Gary, Indiana, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and supportive services tailored to seniors with chronic care needs, ensuring they maintain their independence at home for as long as possible. Our mission encompasses a full spectrum of essential services, including adult daycare, nutrition counseling, therapies, in-home care, meals, medical, dental, and vision care, as well as transportation and support for hospital and nursing home stays when necessary. While all PACE participants are certified for nursing home care, only a small fraction resides in such facilities, highlighting our commitment to keeping seniors at home.
