At the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Griffith, IN, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors with chronic care needs by providing comprehensive medical and supportive services that empower them to maintain their independence at home. Our wide range of services includes adult daycare, nutrition counseling, various therapies, meals, medical care, dental and vision care, in-home support, hospital and nursing home care, and transportation.
