The Nutrition Education Program, part of Purdue University, is dedicated to enhancing the nutritional knowledge and habits of individuals and families in Hammond, IN. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance through direct nutrition education and support community wellness initiatives that focus on improving health policies, systems, and environments. Although there is currently no dedicated Nutrition Education Program Advisor in Dubois County, our passionate team of Community Wellness Coordinators is committed to empowering the community with the tools and resources necessary for a healthier lifestyle. We invite those eager to improve their nutritional well-being to engage with our program and take meaningful steps towards better health.
