Located in Logansport, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options that align with their individual goals. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, in-home support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
