Located in Mount Vernon, IN, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We offer essential food assistance by providing specially formulated food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed to meet the unique dietary needs of those we serve.
