About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Mount Vernon, IN, is dedicated to providing compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal assistance to individuals aged 16 and older at the outpatient stage of recovery. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals that create a supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food alongside others who understand their journey. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose the times that best fit their schedules. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician's Incubator training program and are working towards their CNS certification. While our services focus on meal support, we encourage those in need of urgent care or crisis help to reach out to specialized services for immediate assistance.
