Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) serves the Salem, IN community as a trusted not-for-profit health center dedicated to making high-quality primary and preventive health care accessible to all, regardless of their ability to pay. We believe in treating every patient with the compassion and care we would want for our own families. FHC offers a variety of free and low-cost health classes designed to empower individuals and families with vital information, resources, and support to improve their health and prevent disease. Our programs address essential areas such as Healthy Living, which includes Freedom From Smoking, aerobics, yoga, weight loss support, and chronic disease management, as well as Pregnancy and Parenting classes focused on healthy pregnancies, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety. These enriching classes and group sessions are open to everyone in the community, aiming to inspire better health outcomes for residents of Salem and the surrounding areas.
