Home Delivered Meals in Salem, IN, is dedicated to ensuring that homebound individuals receive the nutritious meals they need, delivered with care and compassion. Operated by Hoosier Uplands, our service provides hot or frozen meals Monday through Thursday, ensuring that those in need can enjoy a healthy lunch right at their doorstep. For diabetic clients, specially tailored meals are available upon doctor's request. We extend our deliveries within a five-mile radius of the Senior Center, while those beyond this range can receive satisfying frozen meals. Although a suggested donation of $1.40 is appreciated to support our mission, it is not a requirement. We proudly participate in programs like CHOICE, Title III, and the Medicaid Waiver to help us reach more individuals in our community.
