Located in Seymour, IN, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and connected to the appropriate resources that cater to their unique needs. We offer a variety of options including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, or explore more intensive solutions like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery when necessary.
