MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in West Lafayette, IN, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them to personalized weight management options that cater to their individual needs. Services include group sessions for communal support, telephone lifestyle coaching for one-on-one guidance, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home messaging and clinician access. For those who prefer self-management, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while Veterans facing ongoing challenges may explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
