Located in Burlington, KY, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in group meal sessions create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy meals together while receiving crucial support from trained nutrition practitioners. Held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, our program allows individuals to join as many meal times as they wish, facilitating a flexible approach to recovery. With a focus on the unique needs of those recovering from eating disorders, we prioritize creating a safe space for nutrition and community support. While our sessions are designed to assist with meal support rather than urgent care, we encourage anyone in crisis to reach out to appropriate emergency services.
