The Meal Support Program in Central City, KY, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating their recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Through live, virtual group meal sessions, we create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nourishing meals together, guided by trained nutrition practitioners who are actively working towards their CNS certification. Our program offers four daily meal support times, including two options for lunch and two for dinner, allowing individuals the flexibility to attend sessions that fit their schedules. By fostering a sense of community and connection, we aim to empower participants in their journey towards healing and wellness.
