Located in Columbia, KY, the Meal Support Program provides essential food assistance tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our program focuses on creating a supportive environment through live, virtual meal support sessions, offering a safe space for participants to enjoy meals together. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can join as per their convenience, ensuring flexibility in their recovery journey. Each meal support session is conducted by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, fostering both nourishment and community. While our program is designed to assist with meal support and overall wellness, it is important to note that we do not provide crisis intervention services.
