The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Covington, KY, is dedicated to supporting individuals affected by Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing vital financial assistance for medical travel. Our mission is to ensure that PNH patients have access to specialized care by offering up to $800 per patient, per year, to help cover costs associated with visiting a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. Eligible expenses include airfare or train tickets, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and essential co-pays for medical visits or necessary tests not covered by insurance. We understand the challenges faced by these patients, and as part of our commitment, we also allow grantees to bring a companion along for support during their travels.
