Located in Cynthiana, KY, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing a compassionate space for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our service offers free, accessible meal support that is informed by the unique needs of those facing eating challenges. Participants are welcome to join our live, virtual drop-in meal sessions, occurring four times daily, to share a meal in a supportive and understanding environment. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring that our attendees receive both nutritional guidance and a sense of community.
