Our mission is to help individuals regain stability and access essential resources through financial disaster relief and focused grants. These grants enable patients to replace lost medications, obtain special renal diet foods, secure temporary housing, cover transportation costs to treatment, and replace clothing and personal essentials that may have been lost in the chaos of a natural disaster.
