Located in Dry Ridge, KY, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is designed for individuals who have recently received a type 2 diabetes diagnosis. This complimentary program supports participants over a comprehensive 12-month journey of learning about diabetes management in both English and Spanish. Through six informative e-booklets tailored to their stage post-diagnosis, and a monthly e-newsletter offering seasonal tips and resources, participants receive practical, relevant information to aid their health journey. Enrollees can also join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series with diabetes specialists from the American Diabetes Association, where they can address their concerns, enhance their understanding of diabetes and its connection to heart health, and benefit from special giveaways, all aimed at empowering them to thrive with diabetes.
