The Meal Support Program in Dry Ridge, KY, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program features facilitated, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to consume nutritious food while connecting with others on the same journey. Offering four meal support sessions daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals are welcome to join as many times as fits their schedule after approval. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards obtaining their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification.
