Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center based in Fairdale, KY, committed to delivering high-quality primary and preventive health care services to residents of Louisville and Jefferson County, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our mission centers on ensuring that every individual and family receives the care and attention they deserve, reflecting the compassion we would wish for our own loved ones. We offer a diverse range of free and low-cost health classes designed to empower patients with the information and tools necessary for improving health and preventing disease. Our programs include Healthy Living initiatives such as Freedom From Smoking, aerobics and yoga, weight management, diabetes management, and chronic disease management. Additionally, we support families through pregnancy and parenting classes that cover healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety, as well as programs specifically tailored for refugees.
