We offer a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help cover immediate needs. Additionally, we connect patients with vital psycho-social counseling from licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions, all conducted via phone for convenience. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients.
