This free, bilingual program offers a comprehensive 12-month learning experience designed to empower participants through essential knowledge and practical diabetes management strategies. Enrollees receive six informative e-booklets that tackle crucial topics to help them navigate their diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and relevant resources. Participants are also encouraged to engage in local community events and can opt to join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can ask questions directly to ADA healthcare professionals, discover the critical connection between diabetes and heart health, and benefit from helpful giveaways.
