In times of crisis, the American Kidney Fund’s Disaster Relief Program stands ready to support kidney patients in Frankfort, KY, and the surrounding areas affected by catastrophic events such as floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. Our mission is to help these individuals recover and regain stability by providing essential financial disaster relief. This includes disaster relief grants that assist with replacing lost medications, special renal diet foods, temporary housing, transportation to treatment, and necessary clothing and personal essentials.
