At Stand Beside Them in Franklin, KY, our dedicated health and wellness coaches are committed to supporting veterans through a compassionate and solution-oriented approach. We focus on both external and internal challenges, offering a nonjudgmental environment that encourages positive change. Our program provides individualized coaching on a range of topics, including nutrition and weight-loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work/family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual life. Understanding that distance or transportation can be barriers, we are pleased to offer coaching sessions via Skype or telephone to ensure everyone has access to the support they need.
